B. Information from Parents/Guardians

  • Verification Data: OTP logs, relationship to the student.
  • Payment Data: Transaction history (We do not store card numbers).

C. Information from Schools & Teachers (B2B)

  • Professional Data: Teacher Name, Employee ID, Subject Specialization, Official Email.
  • Classroom Data: Student rosters, attendance records, assignment logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1. To Provide Educational Services (The "Core Purpose")

To generate AI-driven Socratic tutoring responses, create personalized quizzes, track academic growth, generate class performance reports for teachers, and provide insights to parents.

3.2. To Ensure Safety (The "Safety Shield")

We process student chat logs through our "Safety Shield Middleware" to detect toxicity, bullying, or self-harm ideation in real-time. Severe threats generate immediate SOS alerts to parents/schools.

3.3. System Administration

To manage accounts, subscriptions, billing, and improve application stability via crash logs.

4. Consent Mechanism

  • Parental Consent (B2C): We require Verifiable Parental Consent via mobile OTP for users under 18.
  • School Authorization (B2B): Schools acknowledge they have obtained necessary consents to share student data with us for educational purposes.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We DO NOT sell your personal data. We share data only in controlled scenarios:

  • Intra-Ecosystem: Parents see their child's data; Teachers see their students' data.
